Beer Simmered Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • Margarine
  • 4 Center cut pork chops
  • 1 - 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can drained sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 2 T. packaged onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet, melt the margarine. Brown pork chops on both sides. Lower heat and add soup, mushrooms, beer, and onion soup mix.

Blend ingredients and allow chops and sauce to simmer over low heat about 50 minutes.

Serve over rice.
