Turkey Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Whole wheat Tortillas
  • 12 Slices of Deli Turkey
  • 1/2 jar Fire Roasted Red Peppers
  • Alouet lite herb cheese spread
  • 2 tsp lite ranch dressing
  • baby spinach leaves
  • thinly sliced grilled onion rounds

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Alouet spread and ranch dressing together until thoroughly mixed


Spread half of the mixture onto each tortilla, covering one whole side


Layer half of the turkey first, then half spinach leaves and grilled onions onto each tortilla


Layer on half of the fire roasted peppers onto each tortilla


Roll up tightly being careful not to squeeze the toppings out of the sides


Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes (this will really help you cut it without squishing it)


Slice and enjoy!!
