Ingredients
- red potatoes, washed and cut into quarters or pieces
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 c oil
- 2 t butter
- 1 1/2 tsp crushed dried rosemary or more fresh rosemary
- 1 clove garlic or more
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- bit of salt and pepper
- 3/4 c parmesan

Step 1
Toss cut potaotes in remaining ingredients
Place on greased pan in oven
Bake 450 for 20 minutes or until done
