Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespon olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place chicken breasts inside slow cooker.
3. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl and pour over chicken breasts.
4. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
5. Shred chicken and serve with pita bread, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, sliced cucumbers, lettuce, and tzatziki sauce.
