Ingredients
- 1 12 in pizza crust
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp. fine corn meal
- 1/2 cup Sweet Asian Chili Sauce (plus 1 tbsp. to drizzle on top)
- 1 whole shallot, thinly sliced
- 1/2 whole zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. red chili flakes
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, optional
- 2 tbsp. fresh basil, optional
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 500.
2. Spread corn meal on pizza stone; Place rolled pizza dough on stone.
3. Spread Asian chili sauce on dough.
4. Add shallots and zucchini spread around dough.
5. Top with red chili flakes, chicken and cheese.
6. Cook on pizza stone for about 15 minutes. (Keep an eye on crust so it does not burn.)
7. When pizza dough is golden around edges and cheese is bubbly, remove from oven.
8. Drizzle more Asian chili sauce on top (optional) and top with crushed peanuts, fresh cilantro and fresh basil as desired.
9. Slice and serve.
