Raisin Crumb Pie

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 1 C raisins
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 2 C water
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 T cornstarch OR flour
  • For crumbs:
  • 1 C flour
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 C oleo or butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix filling ingredients and cook 10 or 15 min. Cool a little and put in unbaked pie crust.

Mix to make crumbs and put on top. Bake at 350° for about 30 min.
