Watergate Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1 box of white cake mix
• 1 box of Pistachio royal instant pudding
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup ginger ale, room temperature
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 cup ground walnuts
• Icing:
• 2 pkgs. dream whip
• 1 box pistachio instant pudding
• 1 1/4 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all cake ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into a bundt cake pan (bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees) or 9x13 inch pan and bake for 25-30 minutes at 325.

Remove from oven and cool.

Apply icing to cake and sprinkle with walnuts.
