Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Melba Crisp

What a sweet and easy way to make a fruit crisp! Just crumble refrigerated oatmeal cookie dough over fruit and bake. This is a definite family favorite and sooo easy!

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz pkg frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
- 1 16 oz pkg frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 2/3 c sugar
- 3 T cornstarch
- 1 18 oz pkg refrigerated oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough
- Vanilla ice cream
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375*. Spray 13x9 pan with nonstick cooking spray. In lg bowl combine frozen fruit, sugar and cornstarch; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
Crumble cookie dough evenly over fruit mixture.
Bake at 375* for 50-60 minutes until topping is puffed and golden brown and juices are bubbly. Serve warm with ice cream.
