White Chocolate Coconut Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 c. white chocolate chips
- 1 c. sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 c. Macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, the baking soda, and the salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars until smooth, about 3 minutes. Add the egg, the milk, and the vanilla extract and mix well. Add the dry ingredients and beat thoroughly. Stir in the white chocolate, the coconut, and the nuts.
4. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
5. Cool the cookies on the sheets for 1 minute, then remove to a rack to cool completely.
