Delicious Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 C shortening, melted
• 2 C sugar
• 2 eggs
• 5 T sweet milk
• 2 level tsp. soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 C flour
• 2 C oatmeal

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, add sugar & melted shortening. Beat until creamy, about 10 min. Dissolve soda in milk and add to dry ingredients with salt. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Flatten a little. Bake at about 375°.
