Ingredients
- Instant mashed potatoes for 12 servings (very stiff)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
- Bacon bits
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare instant mashed potatoes (12 servings) as directed on package. Add cream cheese and sour cream to potatoes. Mix well. Place into 9x13" pan. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and bacon bits on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
