Ingredients
- 1 pound fingerling potatoes, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea or kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Toss the potatoes with the olive oil, salt, garlic powder and herbs on a sheet tray.
3. Bake for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are golden on the exterior and tender inside. Serve.
