Ingredients

  • "Lite" Parmeasan Spread

  • 1

    cup low-fat cottage cheese

  • ¼

    cup lite mayonnaise

  • 3

    tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (yeild 1 cup)

  • Savory Spread

  • 1

    package cream cheese, softened

  • ½

    cup mayonnaise

  • 1

    package (0,7oz.) dry Italian salad dressing mix

  • Yeild 1 and ½ cup

Directions

"Lite" Parmesan Spread Blend ingredients in blender until smooth. Mixture will be thick. Turn blender on and off several times to help blend ingredients. Sspreda on thin slcices of Valtrompia bread. Top each piece with a thin slice of cucumber or hard-cooked egg. Spread will keep in refrigerator for several days. Recipe can be doubled. To use as a salad dressing, thin with a little skim milk. Savory Spread Combine ingredients, mixing until smooth. spread on Valtrompia bread slices.
