Raspberry Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • raspberry jam
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 5 ingredients and spread in a 9" x 13" pan. Cover thinly with raspberry jam. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over jam. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
