Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp milk
- 1/2 cup margarine
- raspberry jam
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients and spread in a 9" x 13" pan. Cover thinly with raspberry jam. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over jam. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
