Snowball Cookies

Also known as Mexican Wedding cookies.
Delicate nutty bites of heaven.

Ingredients

• (8 oz) 1 cup butter or margarine
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• (9 oz) 2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• (2 1/4 oz) 1/3 cup sugar
• (4 oz) 1 cup chopped nuts
• 10 X sugar for dusting

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter & sugar than add vanilla, flour & salt.
After mixed well, add nuts.
Roll into balls the size of walnuts or smaller.
Bake at 375 degrees 10-12 minutes
Cool slightly (1/2 hour) and roll in 10X sugar
Store in cool place
