Raspberry Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups unsweetened raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar together, than add vanilla and orange zest. Mix together chocolate chips, 2 cups flour, and baking powder in a separate bowl. Now add dry ingredients, a little at a time, to the creamed mixture. Slowly add in the milk, then fold in the raspberries. Spoon into muffin tins and bake at 375˚ for 20 to 30 minutes. Yields 8 to 10 muffins.
