Ingredients
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs- beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups Flour-self rising
- 1 teasp. vanilla
- 1 cup frest coconut
- ICING
- 1-8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 box conf. sugar
- 1-8 oz cool whip

Step 1
Pour in greased and floured, round baking pans. bake @ 350 deg. 35-45 minutes let cool & frost, then put fresh coconut on top & sides
