  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 Eggs- beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups Flour-self rising
  • 1 teasp. vanilla
  • 1 cup frest coconut
  • ICING
  • 1-8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box conf. sugar
  • 1-8 oz cool whip

Step 1

Pour in greased and floured, round baking pans. bake @ 350 deg. 35-45 minutes let cool & frost, then put fresh coconut on top & sides
