Easy Beef over Egg Noodles

MY NOTES: Use my blue Le Creuset Braiser! Use my recipe for Lipton Onion Soup Mix clone- much less salty! Not fast but definitely EASY!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs stew beef, or chuck roast, cut for stew
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a casserole with a tight-fitting lid. DO NOT BROWN THE MEAT FIRST! Cover casserole and place in a 300 degree oven for at least 2 hours. Serve over rice or egg noodles or with mashed potatoes.
