Cherry Coke Jello Salad & Whipped Topping

Ingredients

• Topping:
• #303 can tart red cherries (juice included)
• 1/2 C water
• 1 C sugar
• 2 small OR 1 large box cherry jello
• 1 12oz can coke
• 1 C crushed pineapple
• 1/4 C chopped pecans
• whipped topping, if desired
• 1 pkg cream whip
• 1 small pkg cream cheese
• 1/4 C powdered sugar
• chopped nuts, if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Bring cherries and juice, water, sugar and jello to a boil.
Cool, then add coke, pineapple and pecans. Chill before serving. Add topping if desired.

Topping:
Whip ingredients. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
