Ingredients
- 9 or 10 potatoes, peeled
- 1 pt heavy cream
- 1 pt half and half
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 T. onion powder
- 1/2 T. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cube potatoes into large casserole dish, layering in butter, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. When bowl is full, pour in heavy cream and top off with half and half. bake at 350 degrrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Cover with cheese and bake until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
