  • 3-4 Chicken breasts cut into tenderloin strips
  • milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 T. Season All
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 stick butter

Step 1

Place thawed chicken brest tenderloin strips in a bowl of milk. Let soak for 20-30 minutes. Mix in a gallon size ziplock or large bowl; salt, season all, pepper, flour and paprika. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, melt butter in pan and spread around the botom of the pan. Lightly spray the pan if needed to make sure there are no dry spots. Shake excess milk off of chicken and completely coat each piece of chicken with the seasoning mix. Place chicken in pan (do not overcrowd, metal pan may work best). Cook for 20 minutes, turn each piece and cook for another 20 minutes or until cooked through.
