Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 C milk
- 1 C cracker crumbs
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- some minced onion
- pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Let stand overnight or about 8 hours then slice and fry brown. Put slices in bake dish or roaster. Spread each slice with mushroom soup. Bake 1 hr. at 325°.
