HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM DRINK

Ingredients

• 1 ¾ cups favorite liquor (Irish Whiskey, Rum, Brandy, Bourbon, Scotch)
• 1 (14 oz. can) Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup whipping or light cream
• 4 eggs
• 2 tbsp. chocolate-flavored syrup
• 2 tsp. instant coffee
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• ½ tsp. almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients together until smooth
Yield: 5 cups
