Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. steak tips, cubed *PREP
  • 4 lg onions, chopped
  • 4 lg green peppers, chopped
  • 6 TBSP veggie oil
  • 6 TBSP soy sauce
  • 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

In centers of 2 large pieces of aluminum foil place meat & veggies.  Mix oil and seasonings in a bowl and pour over meat and veggies.  Fold foil so liquids will not spill out. Cook over gas grill on medium – high 35 to 45 minutes or until meat and veggies are done. Can add red potatoes to this!!! Potatoes don't freeze well so add fresh. Serves 8.  I baked this and it was not near as good until the 2nd day.  I did change how the veggies are prepared in this one.  Since they are not on skewers there is no need for the veggies to be large…thus cutting down on prep time.
