Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1-1/4 c sugar
- 6 T butter, melted
- 1-3 oz. lemon jello
- 1 c boiling water
- 3 T lemon juice
- 1-8 oz cream cheese
- 1 t vanilla
- 1-13 oz. can evaporated milk, chilled

Preparation
Step 1
Combine crumbs and 1/4 c sugar, & butter. Spread 2/3 of the mix in a 9 x 13 pan. Dissolve jello, water, lemon juice. Whip cream cheese with 1 c sugar and vanilla. Whip evaporated milk til it reaches soft peak stage. Add Cream cheese mixture and jello mixture (cooled). Mix well. Pour onto crumb crust. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs on top. Chill.
