Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh or 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cups cut up cooked chicken or turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 2 cans (15 to 16 oz each) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
Preparation
Step 1
In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook basil and garlic in oil 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot.
