  • 1 cup clean shrimp
  • 1 can crabmeat
  • 1 can tuna
  • 3 tablespoons minced onions
  • 3 tablespoons green pepper
  • 3 tablespoons pimiento slices
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sandwich spread
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • grated cheese
  • french fried onions
  • 1 1/2 cups hot cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

Place shrimp, crab, tuna, onion, green pepper, and pimiento in a bowl.
In smaller bowl add sandwich spread, salad dressing, cream and seasonings. Mix together.
Put in 1 1/2 quart casserole with grated cheese on top (can also add french fried onions)
Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with rice
