CHILI BEER CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 6 Tbsps butter
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 bottle (12 oz) beer
  • 1 cup chili sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In a shallow dish mix flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken, one piece at a time, dredging to coat.

In frying pan, melt butter over medium heat Add chicken and 1 of the onions. Cook, turning until chicken is brown on all sids.

Place chicken and cooked onion in large baking pan.

In a bowl, mix beer and chili sauce; pour over chicken. Place remaining onion on top of chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until fork tender.
