Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 large carrot
- 1-4 oz can mushrooms, optional
- Teriyaki marinade
Preparation
Step 1
Spray bottom of foil pie pan with cooking spray. Slice potatoes thin and half each slice. Chop onion and carrot. Layer half of potatoes, carrots, onions and mushrooms in pan. Cover with 1 tablespoon teriyaki marinade. Layer remaining vegetables on top and over with 1 tablespoon teriyaki marinade. Cover with foil. Place on top rack of covered gril for about 1 hour.
