Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh basil, packed tightly
- 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 T. pine nuts, toasted
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 T. chicken broth
- 1 tsp.lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
