Perfect Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

• 3 cups fresh basil, packed tightly
• 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 3 T. pine nuts, toasted
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 2 T. chicken broth
• 1 tsp.lemon juice
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend to desired consistency. Refrigerate or freeze immediately.
