Ingredients
- 2 T. butter
- 2 T. flour
- 1 1/4 c. milk or cream
- 1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter.
Cook flour in butter for at least 2 minutes.
Add cream, stirring constantly until boiling
Add cheese, stirring constantly until melted.
Serve immediately
