Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 T. butter
  • 2 T. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. milk or cream
  • 1 c. shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter.
Cook flour in butter for at least 2 minutes.
Add cream, stirring constantly until boiling
Add cheese, stirring constantly until melted.
Serve immediately
