Ingredients
- 1 can(s) fruit cocktail, in syrup
- 1 can(s) pears
- 1 can(s) cling peaches
- 1 lg red delicious apple
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 can(s) bakers coconut
- 1 btl small marachino cherries
- 1 lg naval orange
- 1 lg banana optional
- 1 can(s) crushed pineapple
Preparation
Step 1
1. Drain syrup from canned fruits and set aside. Chop apple into medium dice and coat with lemon juice to stop browning. Optional: Slice banana if using. Supreme the orange and cut slices into thirds. Drain juice from cherries and set aside. Half cherries. Mix all ingredients together. Add about a 1/4 cup cherrie juice.
2. If adding banana, coat with lemon juice to keep from browning. Refridgerate before serving. Serve with Cool Whip or Whipped cream.
