Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9" pan.
Mix olive oil and garlic. Dip the chicken in the oil mixture, then in this mixture: Italian bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil and pepper (or paprika instead of basil and pepper).
Bake, uncovered, on baking sheet for about 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
