Ingredients

    T. butter

  • 3

    T. chopped shallots

  • 1

    T. green peppercorns (drained and mashed)

  • 1

    c. beef broth

  • 1

    t. Dijon mustard

  • 2

    T. heavy cream

  • 2

    T. brandy

Directions

Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat. saute shallots and peppercorns for 2 minutes until soft. Add broth, mustard, cream, and brandy. Cook at medium high for 5 minutes.
