Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (8oz) Heath Bits O Brickle
- 1 roll(16.5oz) Refrigerator Chocolate Chips Cookies
- 1 bag(12oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14oz) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Spray bottom only of a 13 x 9 pan with non stick spray.
In a medium bowl, stir 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs and 3/4 cup of toffee bits. Press mixture evenly in the bottom of the pan. Refrigerate about 15 minutes or until firm.
Meanwhile , let chocolate dough stand at room temperature 10 minutes to soften. In a 2 quart saucepan, heat chocolate chips, milk and 1 tablespoon over medium heat, stirring frequently until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Spread mixture over crust.
In a medium bowl, break up cookie dough. Mix in remaining 1/2 cup graham crackers with wooden spoon until well blended. Crumble mixture over chocolate layer. Sprinkle remaining cup toffee bits over the top.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely about 2 hours until firm.
