Chicken Alfredo Bake

  • 1 (16oz) Package Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 (10oz) Bottles Alfredo Sauce
  • 3 Cups Cooked Chicken
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 Cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 14oz Can Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • (Serve with Garlic Bread)

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare pasta according to package directions: drain place in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients except mozzarella cheese. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
