- 1 (16oz) Package Elbow Macaroni
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 (10oz) Bottles Alfredo Sauce
- 3 Cups Cooked Chicken
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 Cups Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley
- 1 14oz Can Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- (Serve with Garlic Bread)
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare pasta according to package directions: drain place in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients except mozzarella cheese. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
