Garlicky Beans on Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup canned white beans
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 slice sourdough
  • Chopped fresh rosemary
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Heat olive oil, beans, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper over medium heat. Spoon over sourdough. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and parsley.
