Rice Pudding

Preparation

Step 1

Beat 2 eggs & 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

Scald 1 cup of milk and add to eggs & cook until thick.

Cook 1 cup of rice for 2 cups of cooked rice.

1/2 cup light raisins
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp sugar

Fold [above] into custard.

[Add]
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup crushed pineapple

Top with cinnamon.
