Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 2 pkgs refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken
  • 1 1/4 cups (5 oz) shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries or cherrys
  • 3 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teasp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 egg white slightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 375 degrees
Unroll crescent rolls and seperate into 16 triangles
arrange triangles, slightly overlapping, in a circle on the round baking stone with inner ends about 4 inches from outer edge of stone. (points should hang over edge slightly)
Press or roll inner edges together and toward center slightly to create a 5" opening in the middle.

To make filling:
combine turkey or chicken, 1 cup cheese, celery, cranberries, parsley, mayo, mustard, and black pepper, mix well.

To fill:
Scoop filling evenly around ring. Bring points of trianges up and over filling and tuck under dough at center of ring. (filling will show)
Brush with egg white.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese, Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
