- Combine and mix well 2 C sugar, 4 TBS cocoa, 1 stick butter, 1/2 C canned milk. Cook 1 min after mixture comes to a bubbling boil over med heat. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 crunchy peanut butter, # C qu
