Slow-Cooker BBQ Turkey Meatballs
By dette
Like beef, ground turkey contains different asounts of fat-usually around 85%, 93%, AND 99%. We like the 93% version. shich has just enough fat to lend some flavor nd welcome texture.
Smashed potatoes and a vegetable make greast sides, or you could serve these tasty meatballs on hero rolls. A light, vinegar-based coleslaw rounds out the meal nicely.
If you have leftover meatballs, place individual servings in freezer-weight ziplock bags. Label the bags with the date; froze meatballs are good for up to three months.
