Snicker Doodles

Ingredients

• Mix 1C soft shortning
• 1 1/2 C sugar
• 2 eggs
• Mix in 2 3/4 C flour
• 2 tsp cream of tarter
• 1 tsp soda
• 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Roll into balls size of walnuts. Roll balls into mixture of cinnamon and sugar Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
