Lemon Chess Pie

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
• 1 stick butter, melted
• 1/8 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs well, add sugar & lemon juice and mix well in mixer, add cooled butter & salt. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350^ for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
