Step 1

Lay strips of bacon on a rack on a baking sheet or roasting pan, and bake in a 375 degree oven until crisp, about 20 minutes.

To make decorative bacon curls wrap each slice of raw bacon around a metal skewer in a barber pole fashion, and lay the skewers on the roasting rack.
