Apple Cider Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1-9 " crumb crust
• 4 pkgs. instant spiced apple cider beverage mix shopping list
• 4 Tbls. sour cream shopping list
• 10 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
• 1/2 cup whipped topping shopping list
• 1 1/2 cups canned apple pie filling shopping list
• 1 crunchy type granola bar shopping list

Preparation

Step 1

Spread apple pie filling on bottom of pie crust.
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and spiced cider mixes till light and fluffy.
Fold in whipped topping and pour over apple pie filling.
Refridgerate at least 1 hour.
Crush granola bar and sprinkle on just before serving.
