Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz can) kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15.25 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp instant minced onion
- 2 tsps chili powder
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain.
Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well. Simmer 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
To serve, ladle chili into bowls; sprinkle with cheese.
