Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 kettle full of tomatoes (blanched and skins removed)
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 jalapeno peppers (seeds and all)
  • 2 T salt
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic and little garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Chop all ingredients and simmer for 5-6 hours with lid off. Pack in jars and can.
