Cookies/Tollhouse Chocolate Chip

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-12 ounce pkg chocolate chips
  • 1 cup choppd nuts

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. In large mixer bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for twominutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
